Description of problem:
gimp-help requires python2 to build the package. There are 2 problems with this:
- This BR is missing from the spec file.
- python2 is deprecated

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.10.0-2

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Grab srpm
2. Try to build on rawhide

Actual results:
Build fails (python2 missing)

Expected results:
Build succeeds
