Description Miro Hrončok 2019-11-11 12:08:56 UTC
python3-pynwb-1.1.2-1.fc32.noarch fails to install in Fedora rawhide:

  nothing provides python3.8dist(hdmf) = 1.3.3 needed by python3-pynwb-1.1.2-1.fc32.noarch
    (we have python3-hdmf-1.2.0-2.fc32.noarch)

Comment 1 Ankur Sinha (FranciscoD) 2019-11-11 12:37:17 UTC
We just built python-hdmf-1.3.3 for rawhide, so this should be fixed now:

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1411103

Please let us know if anything else is needed here.

Comment 2 Edgar Hoch 2019-11-27 10:57:23 UTC
Please can you provide the updated package also for Fedora 30?

"dnf upgrade" tells me:

Problem 1: cannot install the best update candidate for package python3-pynwb-1.1.0-2.fc30.noarch
  - nothing provides python3.7dist(hdmf) = 1.3.3 needed by python3-pynwb-1.1.2-1.fc30.noarch

Comment 3 Ankur Sinha (FranciscoD) 2019-11-27 11:38:07 UTC
Sorry about that Edgar. I've built python-hdmf and pushed an update for F30 now also: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2019-bd97b83c79

Please test it out and give karma to let us know if it works.

Cheers,
Ankur
