Description of problem:

ShellCheck is in EPEL7 but not in EPEL8
Please consider adding it to EPEL8. Thanks!

We will thanks - unfortunately ghc is not ready yet for EPEL8...

In the meantime maybe you can try my epel7 copr or a fedora build.
