Description William Brawner 2020-01-16 17:45:01 UTC
Description of problem:
Default installations of Fedora prompt the user to log in on each reboot.

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install nextcloud-client
2. Authenticate in the nextcloud desktop app
3. Reboot

Actual results:
Nextcloud desktop prompts the user to authenticate again.

Expected results:
Nextcloud desktop should persist the credentials.

Additional info:
This can be solved by simply installing libgnome-keyring. Could it be included as a dependency for gnome-based DEs or some kind of recommended dependency?

Comment 1 Ben Cotton 2020-02-11 17:34:32 UTC
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 32 development cycle.
Changing version to 32.

Comment 2 Nilesh 2020-03-28 11:25:26 UTC
This is happening on Fedora 31 as well. Installing libgnome-keyring fixes the problem.
