ocaml-bin-prot failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f32

Please fix ocaml-bin-prot at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
ocaml-bin-prot will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 33,
ocaml-bin-prot will be retired, if it still fails to build.

I was under the impression this package was going to be removed
from Fedora, because of bug 1736335.  Anyway it depends on camlp4
so cannot be compiled for current OCaml and I will let it be removed
from Fedora.

Not yet, we're working with Jerry on getting this package back in shape.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 32 development cycle.
Changing version to 32.
