Description of problem:
 Problem 11: package decibel-audio-player-1.08-20.fc31.noarch requires gnome-python2-gnomekeyring, but none of the providers can be installed
  - gnome-python2-gnomekeyring-2.32.0-38.fc31.x86_64 does not belong to a distupgrade repository
  - problem with installed package decibel-audio-player-1.08-20.fc31.noarch

Hello, the project is dead and the package has been removed from Fedora 32. Unfortunate.

Thanks Lukas.  I think it is supposed to be in an obsoletes file of some kind.  That was what the test was about, finding packages that were missing, but not officially obsoleted.  Most of them were python2 in my case, but there were also many like this one.  For another package, I saw that Miro Hronċok added it to an rpm package.

Oh I misread the report. It blocks the upgrade? Then I need to fix this.

Fixed in RAWHIDE and F32. I am flipping to done if you don't mind, in case you want to trigger some QA workflow just correct the flags :-)
