This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 33 development cycle.
Changing version to 33.

There is no development on the Parrot VM any more and is not used for any programming language. So I consider to retire the package.

'fedpkg retire' on f33 and rawhide.

Obsoleted by moarvm, nqp and rakudo chain.

I am sad to retire my first Fedora package.
