Description of problem:

Open lyx and then click File, Edit, View, etc.  None of them have any effect.  All menus are broken.  Everything except the folder icon are greyed out.  Although surprisingly some of those work.

lyx-2.3.5.2-1.fc32.x86_64

How reproducible:

1. Install
2. Launch
3. Attempt

Actual results:

Completely broken application.

Expected results:

Expect to be able to use it.

BTW. If I open from a terminal instead of gnome, the behavour is the same, but I see the following error.

[briemers@briemers ~]$ lyx
QSocketNotifier: Can only be used with threads started with QThread


I'm guessing this package is missing some dependency service or such.  But there is no real indicating what is missing.

lyx-2.3.6-2.fc33.x86_64 can be operated normally, the menus work.
