Description of problem:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf update
2. See the message

Installing weak dependencies:
 mozilla-openh264      x86_64   2.1.1-1.fc33      fedora-cisco-openh264   433 k

3. Press N at the "Is this ok [y/N]: " prompt - because it is not OK.

Actual results:

Update of package from Fedora tries to install package not from Fedora

Expected results:

No such thing should happen

fedora-cisco-openh264 is an official Fedora repository. It is enabled by default.

We also have totem, which Recommends the openh264 GStreamer plugin. More discussion in https://pagure.io/fedora-workstation/issue/84.
