It seems that there is some issue with mock in the rawhide buildroot. Building the linked srpm fails with:

Surprisingly with --isolation=simple build passes. Looking in to opening separate BZ to track it.

The up mentioned issue seems to only pop up on the f31 host.
There is copy of libfdt in the source tree. I think it should be deleted in the prep. 
There seems to be some license mess in the ccan directory more in the review output.
Obsolete m4 macro and possibly miss spelled ASL-2.0 abbreviation(should it be ASL 2.0??).
And un-versioned requires in the devel sub-package.
Otherwise looks good. Review output follows.
