Description of problem:
Problem: cannot install the best update candidate for package skopeo-1:1.2.1-28.dev.git1b813f8.fc34.x86_64
  - nothing provides containers-common >= 4:1-6 needed by skopeo-1:1.2.2-22.fc34.x86_64

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
skopeo-1:1.2.2-22.fc34.x86_64

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf update

Actual results:
Doesn't update

Expected results:
Update package skopeo

I see this issue while installing skopeo on f34 as well, but I have a hard time seeing why it exists. The containers-common dependency required has existed in f34 stable for over 2 months now.

I think it's the epoch, it requires a epoch 4 and in the containers-common package it's 1, in the source package of the skopeo update it is also 4. Change it to 1 and should be fixed.
Line 71 of the spec - Requires: containers-common >= 4:1-6
Should be 1:1-6 I think
