Description of problem:

I would really like to run gThumb on CentOS 8 Stream, and there is no version on EPEL8 for that release.

The current rawhide spec file rebuilds on epel8 without issue.  If none of the other maintainers want to deal with this, feel free to add me (carlwgeorge) and I'll maintain the epel8 branch.
