Package python-astropy fails to build from source in Fedora rawhide.

koji build --scratch f35 python-astropy-4.2.1-3.fc35.src.rpm

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 35 development cycle.
Changing version to 35.
