Description Neil Hanlon 2023-05-17 22:27:12 UTC
Hello,

xapian-core had an update back in February which has fixed an issue relating to database corruption when a disk becomes full. I ran into this issue today and noticed that the version was trailing a bit in Fedora.

I'm also happy to help co-maintain this package if help is wanted. my FAS ID is `neil`.

Reproducible: Always

In process, not sure why the release monitoring didn't create a bug for this (or .21).

For maintainer please reach out directly, a bug report is not the location to deal with that.

Thank you, Peter.

I noticed in Anitya yesterday that xapian-core was not being monitored for Fedora, so I added that mapping. I understand from speaking to Carl George that the Monitoring Status may need to also be enabled on the left side of the git repo for it on pagure.
