Please address this:
# FIXME: no license files detected

Looks like an oversight by the upstream project, since almost all other gstreamer-rs crates we have packaged have license files.
Until it is addressed upstream (it's not in v0.21.0 either), please include the upstream MIT license text manually (as a second source file).

Thanks! I went ahead and opened an upstream MR to add the missing license symlinks:

Comment 4 Fabio Valentini 2023-09-28 21:37:50 UTC
Package was generated with rust2rpm, simplifying the review.

- package builds and installs without errors on rawhide
- test suite is run and all unit tests pass
! latest version of the crate is packaged
- license matches upstream specification (MIT) and is acceptable for Fedora
- license file is included with %license in %files (included manually)
- package complies with Rust Packaging Guidelines

Recommended post-import rust-sig tasks:

- set up package on
  project: $crate
  version scheme: semantic
  version filter: alpha;beta;rc;pre
  distro: Fedora
  Package: rust-$crate

- add @rust-sig with "commit" access as package co-maintainer
  (should happen automatically)

- set bugzilla assignee overrides to @rust-sig (optional)

- track package in koschei for all built branches
(should happen automatically once rust-sig is co-maintainer)
