Description Daniel Milnes 2023-10-09 21:15:48 UTC
This is a companion bug for bug 2242943.

As part of the disclosure for CVE-2023-43641, a couple of weaknesses in tracker-miners' seccomp jail have been highlighted. These have been fixed upstream as https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/tracker-miners/-/commit/f0c880a0ec0e650dbdc037c59e58e07442f82fef, which has been merged into F39/40 in tracker-miners-3.6.1 already.

Could we please consider backporting these fixes to Fedora 37/38? I'm working on getting the libcue side of this resolved on the bug linked above, but it would be good to cover both sides of this.

Reproducible: Always
