Description of problem:
Builds of curl-7.25.0-2.fc18 on PPC fail during the self checks as valgrind detects a problem in test 582, I'll attach the relevant part of the log.

This is valgrind bug #816175 .  Disabling valgrind on ppc should get the ppc builds running until the valgrind bug gets fixed.

Work around installed to rawhide and f17.
