The build fails on arm because of missing build dependency on nant. Looks like nant just needs bootstrapping; at least it's not marked as ExcludeArch on arm.

Marking nant's FTBFS bug as blocking this one.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 20 development cycle.
Changing version to '20'.
