Description of problem:

 When attempting to provision a virtual system using the "Advanced Configuration" page both the "Basic Options" and "Schedule Kickstart and Finish" buttons are non-functional. Both buttons had been working prior to upgrading from Spacewalk 2.0 to 2.1. The URL in question is:

/rhn/systems/details/virtualization/ProvisionVirtualizationWizard.do

 Clicking either button causes Chromium's javascript console to report:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'submit' of null

1. Enter a guest name on the Virtualization > Provisioning page
2. Click "Advanced Configuration"
3. Click "Basic Options" or "Schedule Kickstart and Finish"

None

Expected results:
Return to basic options page or schedule virtual system kickstart

Additional info:
Server is Scientific Linux 6.5 x86_64. Tested in Chromium 33.0.1750.146 and Firefox 27.0.1 under Fedora 20.

Confirmed I have the same issue in addition Ive also tested it with MS Internet Explorer and it has the same issue

It's not just provisioning of virtual machines it also happens with /rhn/systems/details/kickstart/ScheduleWizard.do

Additional reproduce steps:
1. Go to Systems -> ALL
2. Click on a system name
3. Go to the sub menu Provisioning -> Kickstart -> Schedule
4. Click "Advanced Configuration"
5. Go to the bottom of the page and click "Basic Options" or "Schedule Kickstart and Finish"



As far as I can tell there aren't any errors in the logs which might account for this.

I think this may be tied to the new date picker code based on the fact that when 2.1 was in the beta stage this worked prior to the addition of the new date picker.

In addition the "Basic Options" button doesn't work either
