Description of problem:
Button for an event cancelling confirmation is labelled inappropriately. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
spacewalk-java-2.2.66-1

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register system to Spacewalk.
2. Software -> Install -> Select some package -> Install selected package -> Confirm
3. Events -> Select the event that has been just created : "Package Install scheduled by admin"
4. Press button with label "Cancel Selected Events"

Actual results:
On the Confirm page the button is labelled "Cancel Selected Events"

Expected results:
On the Confirm page the button is labelled "Confirm Canceling Selected Events"
