Description of problem:
Equivalents of h/arm-linux.h and h/elf32_arm_reloc.h need to be made for aarch64, and configure needs to be updated to recognize the new architecture.

gcl-2.6.11-1.fc21 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 21.

Package gcl-2.6.11-1.fc21:

* was pushed to the Fedora 21 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
