I managed to make a new SRPM for this update: http://jenselme.perso.centrale-marseille.fr/visible/SRPMS/python-sphinx-1.3.1-1.fc22.src.rpm
SPEC: http://jenselme.perso.centrale-marseille.fr/visible/SPECS/python-sphinx.spec

It requires pygements 2 to build.

Changelog:
- Update to 1.3.1
- Update to new guidelines
- Make the default executable use python3

We seem to have Dependency problems:
 	nothing provides python2-sphinx_rtd_theme needed by python2-Sphinx-1.3.1-1.fc24.noarch

I guess I made a mistake in my patch and we should only require python-sphinx_rtd_theme for the python2 subpackage.
