https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/21/Spins lists the target size as 4GiB, which is 4294967296 bytes, so both are over.

This isn't a release blocking image. Nominating as freeze exception just in case there's a very simple fix we can take for an RC2 if one happens.

Games went over because XFCE gained a lot of size. I didn't want to make cuts too early in case someone made XFCE smaller. I'll make cuts for Beta if XFCE doesn't shrink very soon.

I cut supertuxkart and games should be under 4 GiB for the next TC or RC.
