Description of problem:

dwarves does not build due to DW_TAG_mutable_type being undefined. Tag removal sent to upstream.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. do a build

Actual results:

dwarfstrings.c: In function 'dwarf_tag_string':
dwarfstrings.c:96:8: error: 'DW_TAG_mutable_type' undeclared (first use in this function)

I see the changes have been committed to Fedora repository already, so why this bug?
