Description of problem:
systemctl start squid.service

fc20 version of squid was ok
the squid crash has begun with squid upgrade form fc20 to fc21
it means squid.conf was left unchanged for weeks

It is crashing in fisttpll instruction. It is a SSE3 one. Since you are on i686, your CPU may not have it. Probably bug 1173946 .
