Description of problem:
If GTK Windows Scaling factor is applied, rendered output from libwebkitgtk3 gives a blurry, upscaled image, spoiling quality.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set Window Scaling to 2
2. Open GNOME Help

Actual results:
Webkit render is all blurry in help window.

Expected results:
Absence of blur.
