Description of problem:
The file "util-linux-2.7-login.pamd" is missing in the SRPM.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
util-linux-2.12-13

How reproducible & Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get util-linux-2.12-13 from Fedora Development
2. Rebuild it
3. Get the error at the end
  
Actual results/Expected results:
Please add that file to the Source RPM, thank you :)

Tested in fedora.us-buildsys, I could not reproduce this problem, but
build fails without "BuildRequires: gettext".

Elliot please let me know if I may check this in.

Oh sorry...seems so, that I still forgot to say, that I set 

  %define WITH_SELINUX 0

for a rebuild of util-linux without SELinux support...

I've fixed both bugs in release 16.
