oxygen-fonts-debuginfo-5.2.0-2 is empty. If the packages cannot be made noarch and there's nothing to extrat debug info from, -debuginfo should be explicitly disabled.

ah, I see, it's currently not noarch in main pkg due to -devel subpkg:

%files devel
%{_libdir}/cmake/OxygenFont/

I'll disable global debuginfo first, then look into if it's possible to move _libdir to _datadir instead.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 23 development cycle.
Changing version to '23'.

(As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 23 development
cycle bugs. We are very sorry. It will help us with cleanup during Fedora 23 End Of Life. Thank you.)

Let's stick with simply disabling -debuginfo generation in this case, wasn't any easy/obvious way to adjust the cmake files
