Comment 1 Aldo Necci 2015-04-06 14:56:19 UTC
This issue still exists in moodle-2.6.10-1.el6.noarch from EPEL 6 testing repository.

Comment 2 Aldo Necci 2015-04-15 13:33:25 UTC
This issue comes from Moodle version 2.6.x which includes the plugin "PDF annotation" which compromises the assignment module.
To have assignment module working again it's necessary to remove that plugin.

A. Does this still impact 2.6.11?

B. If so, which file provides that plugin?

Comment 8 Aldo Necci 2016-06-15 07:54:49 UTC
Yes, I'm using moodle-2.6.11-3.el6 and it still has that issue.
It is the standard PDF annotation feature in Moodle 2.6.x that causes this issue.

Comment 9 Gwyn Ciesla 2016-06-24 17:40:00 UTC
Do you know which file/files that is?
