Description of problem:

boost::context is not available for AArch64 in 1.57 version (also not in 1.58 but a bit different patchset will be needed).

1.57-6

How reproducible:

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. take a build

Actual results:

no boost::context

Expected results:

boost-context-1.57.0-7.fc23.aarch64.rpm

Additional info:

I created attached patchset from upstream commits (boost-context-XXXX patches), then reverted some of 0002 one according to suggestions from Petr Machata and then added part of patch from Edward Nevill (taken from boost ML).

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 23 development cycle.
Changing version to '23'.

(As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 23 development
cycle bugs. We are very sorry. It will help us with cleanup during Fedora 23 End Of Life. Thank you.)

f23 and rawhide have boost::context support
