Description of problem:

The dashed-line effect w/ latest gnome/gtk stuff in f22 goes pretty wrong in eclipse when scrolling.  See attached screenshot.  You need to do pg-up/pg-down or something else to trigger a redraw after scrolling, so at the moment it is pretty unusable.
