Description of problem:
Run tests failed after install rpmgrill, because binutils is absent from my FC21

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rpmgrill-0.28-1.fc21.noarch

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.When I intall rpmgrill, there are lots of dependencies we should to solve.
2.After fix the depencies, can install rpmgrill-0.28-1.fc21.noarch successfully.
3.export NVR=coreutils-8.15-10.fc17; rpmgrill-fetch-build  $NVR my-$NVR; rpmgrill my-$NVR
Before do this test, I have add dir and files for this test, like 
mkdir -p /home/meli/.rpmgrill/plugins/setxid
touch /home/meli/.rpmgrill/plugins/setxid/FC17 

Actual results:
Can't exec "strings": No such file or directory at /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/RPM/Grill/Plugin/SecurityPolicy.pm line 108.
rpmgrill: rpmgrill: Error running strings: No such file or directory at /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/RPM/Grill/Plugin/SecurityPolicy.pm line 108.

Expected results:
rpmgrill runs silently.
