Add-support-for-MIPS-platform.patch

Description of problem:
We are trying to bring Fedora to MIPS platform and this requires to add MIPS support to RPM

Actual results:
The current RPM has insufficient support for MIPS platform

Expected results:
RPM works for mips, mipsel, mips64 and mips64el
