This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.

here is the change needed to add Python 3 support and update to latest version. Could you please review it and do the update?

Patch looks good, Ramakrishna Reddy seems unresponsive [1] 
have you permission to commit in git packages (package maintainer), if yes you may apply policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers , I also have some interest on update it
