The latest JSS package fails to build on Fedora 23 and Raw Hide due to more stringent Javadoc requirements on those platforms:

I replicated the build failure and then installed this patch and compiled successfully on my F23 laptop.

QUESTION regarding one of your changes:

Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining
and issuing updates for Fedora 23. It is Fedora's policy to close all
bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time

of '23'.
