Description of problem:
When I boot with a freecom hardisk 80 mb my i815e syste is unable to
probe for the usb hard but mange to connect it when i unplu and replug it.

How reproducible:
every time

Steps to Reproduce:

Expected results:
I should be able to mount the system as root.
