Description of problem:

Applications installed in Gnome Software and their dependencies are listed for removal by dnf autoremove.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install any application in Gnome Software application
2. Open terminal and type 'sudo dnf autoremove'

Actual results:
The application you installed in step 1 is listed for removal

Expected results:
The application you installed in step 1 should not be listed for removal
