We can built the consul for epel7. However, epel7 has almost no golang package built currently. Branches are created, just to be filled they need to be.

I would suggest to update the consul in Fedora rawhide first, then continue with epel7.

Yes agreed, i will go ahead with rawhide.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 25 development cycle.
Changing version to '25'.
