Description of problem:
Swig doesn't seem to support php7 which is causing several build failures. E.g. graphviz. I had to disable the php bindings till resolved.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to rebuild graphviz with enabled php

Actual results:
Fails on various zend* syntax errors.

Expected results:
No errors.

Swig upstream is aware of the problem:

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 25 development cycle.
Changing version to '25'.

SWIG 3.0.11 added PHP 7 support.

To generate valid PHP 7 code use option -php7 instead of -php

In case of graphviz, just add following line after 'autoreconf' in spec file. I tested it and it works.

sed -i 's|-php5|-php7|g' configure
