Error: Package: gstreamer-plugins-bad-free-0.10.23-31.fc24.x86_64 (rawhide)
           Requires: libvpx.so.3()(64bit)
 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
 You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Please fix if possible!

Please note that I reported this issue against *rawhide*. Fixing for the Fedora 25 branch most likely won't fix the issue in rawhide.

This bug prevents compose of the ARM Xfce image:

That makes it an automatic Alpha blocker: "Bugs which entirely prevent the composition of one or more of the release-blocking images required to be built for a currently-pending (pre-)release" - https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:SOP_blocker_bug_process#Automatic_blockers (the Xfce image is a release-blocking image for ARM). Marking as such.
