Description of problem:

In the latest update to dump, dump-0.4-0.28.b45.fc24.x86_64.rpm, passing the -Q flag (dump QFA positions to tape) fails with the following relevant lines of output:

  DUMP: writing QFA positions to (null)
  DUMP: can't open tapeposfile
  DUMP: The ENTIRE dump is aborted.

This seems to be a known issue in dump version 0.4b45, see 

https://sourceforge.net/p/dump/bugs/165/?limit=25

I have temporarily reverted to the previous baseline dump package as workaround for now.

Grabbed test build from koji, seems to have fixed the issue, -Q flag is no longer being ignored.  Thanks for the quick response.
