grog tool from groff-perl-1.22.3-9.fc26.x86_64 does not detects on files with included picture:

.so lib/en/tutorial/fig1.so

that "-p" option is required for formatting:

$ grog --run lib/en/tutorial/main.mm >/dev/null
/usr/lib64/groff/grog/subs.pl 1177: groff -s -t -mm lib/en/tutorial/main.mm
******************
ERROR:(./lib/en/tutorial/fig1.so) input line 19:PS: bad arguments. Probably not processed with pic.
******************
"Input aborted, syntax error"

Please see bug #1307402 for the reproducer.

This seems to be a regression because grog from groff-perl-1.22.2-10.fc22 worked:

++ grog -Tps lib/en/tutorial/main.mm
+ groff -Tps -spt -mm lib/en/tutorial/main.mm

This is broken since Fedora 23.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 29 development cycle.
Changing version to '29'.
