Description of problem:
There are modules listed at the bottom of 'dnf list' command. The list command is designed only for packages not modules. There is 'module list' command for modules.

dnf-2.6.5

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf list
2. see modules listed at the bottom

Actual results:
modules at the bottom

Expected results:
no modules listed, there is module list command for that

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 28 development cycle.
Changing version to '28'.
