We intend to downgrade ImageMagick to version 6 for Fedora 27, with an epoch bump. I have submitted an update for this:

but as we are now in Beta freeze, this must go through the blocker or freeze exception process. I'm proposing this as a freeze exception, on the basis of FESCo's decision - without this update being pushed, F27 Beta will be released with its ImageMagick package at version 7.
