Description of problem:

The compose  Fedora-27-20170920.n.0 has the old F26 wallpaper

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Boot the compose 
2.The desktop will contain the old graphics
3.

Actual results:

Old graphics is being shown


Expected results:

The new graphics should come up
