Description of problem:

the widget that should allow me to drag around my screens to arrange them, is really bugged, not working most of the time

How reproducible:
have more than 1 screen available and try to re-arrange their relative position. clickable areas are off, dragging doesn't work most of the time.

1. open displays
2. rearrange displays position
