Description of problem:
The version that comes with Fedora are to old, to compile the AusweisApp2. This program is needed for E-Government in Germany.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
uncrustify-0.64-2.fc26.x86_64

How reproducible:
Try to built the app

Actual results:
Uncrustify seems to be too old.  Use at least 0.65...  you are using:
  0.64_d


Additional info:
The last version is 0.66.1 on github.
