Description of problem:
PkgDB is in readonly mode and does not provide relevant information anymore. I doubt there is running any other then Fedora instance, therefore I suggest to retire the package.

I was corrected that pkgdb-cli might be useful for RPMFusion [1], so it is not the time yet probably
