Description of problem:


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Transmission-qt (same problem with GTK version) 2.9.2 (14714)

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Transmission-QT
2.Change settings in preference -- remote -- unclick "Only allow theese IP...."
3.Close settings, restart Transmission

Actual results:
Clickbox is again signed and in settings.json are most rpc-* settings doubled
Remote access via WEB from anything else than 127.0.0.1 is not possible


Expected results:
Clickbox remain unsigned
Access from foreign IP allowed

Additional info:
Root user does not have this problem

F26 same Transmission version works ok

Add/remove IP address bottom missing in -QT version but in GTK version they are
ok

Complete fresh F27 install in VirtualBox show same beahvior
