Description of problem:
llvm-config{,-64} --cflags
outputs among other options -mcet -fcf-protection, but when fed into clang, clang doesn't understand them

Steps to Reproduce:
1.clang -c `llvm-config --cflags` -o hello.o hello.c

Actual results:
clang-6.0: error: unknown argument: '-mcet'
clang-6.0: error: unknown argument: '-fcf-protection'

Expected results:
hello.o produced

This is fixed in rawhide with llvm-6.0.0-7.fc29.

It plan to fix it in fc28, I will include it in my next update for f28 once
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2018-689de58112 has gone to stable.
